The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, points out that one missile strike was launched on the oil plant in Novomoskovske; the rescue workers are putting out the fire. The other missile landed on the plant in the Synelnykivskyi district. Fortunately, no one was killed or injured.
