What happened? The russians carried out 8 missile and 16 air strikes during the day of September 21. Moreover, the occupiers fired 115 times from MLRSs at military and civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.

Details. As a result of the attacks, the infrastructure of more than 40 settlements was damaged, including Siversk, Maryinka, Vesele, Neskuchne, Yehorivka, Bezymenne, Bilohirka, Myroliubivka, and Visokopillya. More than 25 settlements along the contact line were shelled in the South Buh direction.
At the same time, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out 41 strikes on enemy positions. 21 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment, 4 strongholds, and 15 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were hit. In total, Missile Forces and Artillery struck 24 enemy targets.
In particular the defenders inflicted damage to 4 control points of different levels, 4 areas of concentration of personnel, 7 ammunition and fuel and lubricants depots. 4 air defence and artillery facilities fell into the affected area.
Furthermore, Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Zaytseve, Odradivka, and Novomykhaylivka settlements.
The General Staff pointed out that in Svatove Rayon, Luhansk Oblast, the occupiers forcibly evicted the residents of Honcharivka and Kuzmenivka settlements from their homes and took them deep into the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast. The occupiers were trying to hide the engineering equipment of the territories.
In Mykolaiv Oblast the occupiers seized milk trucks from territorial communities and used them to deliver fuel to the combat zone.
“Violation of the norms of International Humanitarian Law and customs of warfare remains the standard of behavior of russian servicemen in the temporarily occupied territories,” the General Staff commented.
