What happened? Russians took 414 children from the temporarily occupied Horlivka to russia during the holidays.
Source. National Resistance Centre of Ukraine.
Details. Ukrainian children were taken to Rostov Oblast for "festive events". According to the centre, at these events, children are subjected to propaganda – the main goal is a "game of contrast", where children are shown a "happy and carefree" life in russia as opposed to the war in Ukraine.
"The enemy is actively brainwashing children in TOT to destroy a whole generation of Ukrainians. In all russian schools in the TOT, 'conversations about important things' are held every day. The purpose of these lessons is to convince local children that russia saved them from the 'Nazis', and the occupied lands have been russian from time immemorial," the National Resistance Centre notes.
