"Currently, the processes of the military medical commission are not digitised at all. Injured soldiers are forced to spend time in lines, go to different institutions, and collect a lot of paperwork. And all this is to confirm their injuries," Mr. Fedorov explained.
The plan was developed by the team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the Ministry of Social Policy, and the Human Rights for Servicemen "Principle" Community Organisation.
