Details. During the briefing, the head of Moldova noted that such information had been previously provided by Volodymyr Zelensky, and later confirmed by the Information and Security Service of the Republic.

However, according to Ms. Sandu, there have been similar coup attempts before, in particular last autumn. Back then, the focus of the sabotage was on the energy crisis – the russians planned to provoke public discontent and take aggressive actions during the protests.

"Such plans for subversive activities on the territory of our republic are nothing new. Such attempts have been made before, but they were not realised thanks to the decisive actions of our security agencies," the President explained.
