What happened? The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the list of military and dual-use goods that can be imported without the permission of the State Service for Export Control during the martial law period. The relevant resolution was adopted during a government meeting.

Details. This concerns UAVs and their components; robots, robot controllers specially designed for military use; fire control equipment; cameras, night and television vision devices, optical sights for weapons; communication equipment, Data Link, silencers, removable clips; parachutes and paragliders; demining equipment.
This list also includes radio countermeasures or equipment for combating radio countermeasures (including anti-drone guns); field generators for military use; military software, equipment for military training; technologies for the development, production, repair of military products.
The resolution provides for the possibility to obtain an international import certificate or other guarantee document for the specified group of goods from the State Service for Export Control.
It is worth noting that the permit of the State Service for Export Control is required for the import of lethal military goods, such as guns, rifles, howitzers, artillery and anti-tank weapons, as well as tanks, aircraft, surface and submarine warships, nuclear energy or power units.
