Non-bank financial companies issued almost UAH 9.3 billion in loans to individuals in Q1 2023, seven times the amount issued in Q2 2022 when the increase began.
This was announced by the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation, and Customs Policy, Yaroslav Zhelezniak.
According to his data, the largest share of loans are short-term loans in ShvydkoGroshi and other non-bank financial institutions, among which 41% are up to 1 month and 16% are from 1 to 3 months.
