Parts from Ukraine's partner countries have been found in the Iranian kamikaze drones Shahed, shot down by air defence forces.
This was reported by Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, during the national TV marathon.
According to Danilov, the corresponding parts are not manufactured in russia or Iran. Instead, he assumes that the enemy could have purchased the parts in advance, between 2019 and 2021, in preparation for a full-scale invasion.
"This is not the first such case. We understand what components make up the Shahed. We have almost an entire Shahed at our disposal," added the NSDC Secretary.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that air defence forces shot down 21 Shahed drones and 15 missiles overnight against 2 June. The attack occurred without any casualties or destruction in the capital.
