The defence forces have advanced from 200 metres to 1.4 kilometres over the last three days.
This was announced by the spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andriy Kovaliov.
The representative of the Armed Forces emphasised that the defenders had already achieved partial successes as a result of the offensive operation. Meanwhile, fighting continues in the vicinity of Makarivka, Novodanylivka, and Novopokrovka villages in Zaporizhia Oblast.
Background. Mind previously reported that the defenders have taken control of 3 square kilometres in the Berdiansk sector. The Armed Forces have advanced from 500 metres to 1 kilometre in different sections of the direction.
