Defenders destroyed 5 tanks, 28 artillery systems, and 2 enemy MLRSs over the past day

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have eliminated a total of 226,170 soldiers of the russian federation, with 590 killed over the past day.

This is reported by the General Staff of the AFU.

The total losses of the russians since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine are as follows:

• Tanks – 4,036 (+5);
• Armoured fighting vehicles – 7,834 (+14);
• Artillery systems – 4,083 (+28);
• Air defence systems – 386 (+1);
• Aircraft – 314;
• Helicopters – 308;
• UAVs – 3,492 (+10);
• Cruise missiles – 1,261 (+2);
• Warships / boats – 18;
• Motor vehicles and tank trucks – 6,772 (+21);
• Special equipment – 563 (+6).

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that in response to Prigozhin's "rebellion", the EU had decided to increase aid to Ukraine and strengthen the eastern border. Germany will send 4,000 German soldiers to Lithuania and will also provide Ukraine with an additional 30 Leopard tanks.
