Bulgaria supports Ukraine's accession to NATO, Presidential Office says

The country became the 22nd one to express support for Ukraine's membership in the Alliance

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister of Bulgaria Nikolay Denkov have signed a Joint Declaration on Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration.

This was reported by Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Igor Zhovkva.

He notes that the declaration confirms Bulgaria's willingness to continue to provide political and material support for as long as it is needed.

Additionally, the Republic of Bulgaria, together with international organisations, allies and partners, reaffirms its readiness to participate in the post-war recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.
