Ukraine's external reserves reached almost $39 billion in June.
This was reported by the regulator's head, Andriy Pyshny, in a statement.
"In June alone, the government received $1.6 billion from the EU, $1.2 billion from the US, $69.1 million from the World Bank, and $15.0 million from the Government of Finland," he reminded.
In his words, the receipts from international partners remained "significantly higher than the volume of the NBU's interventions in selling foreign currency and the country's debt payments in foreign currency".
Background. As reported by Mind, Ukraine's international reserves increased by 4% to $37.3 billion in May.
