According to the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ihor Zhovkva, at the summit in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), which will be attended by representatives of over 40 states, responsibility will be distributed among countries regarding co-organization or co-leadership in one or another point of the Ukrainian peace formula.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak stated that Ukraine's strategy for implementing the Zelensky's peace formula has three levels. The first is meetings with ambassadors accredited in Ukraine for a detailed review of each point of the peace formula. The second is negotiations in Saudi Arabia at the level of national security advisors and political advisors "with the aim of finding optimal formulations and mechanisms for implementing the Ukrainian peace plan". The third is the founding Global Peace Summit with state leaders, where the formula will be implemented.

A short guide from CNN for the Jeddah summit:

What will be discussed? Ukraine has a 10-point peace plan that includes nuclear security issues, food security, and Ukraine's restoration after russian attacks. The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, stated that the goal in Jeddah is to "unite the world around Ukraine".

Who will be present? Ukraine, Western countries, and representatives of developing countries, some of which have so far remained neutral, will participate in the negotiations. The USA will be represented and, importantly, China, which still has close economic ties with russia.

Who will not be there? russia: the country was not invited to the negotiations. The kremlin stated that they will "monitor the meeting". russian dictator vladimir putin stated that there can be no prospects for peaceful negotiations with Ukraine while its counter-offensive continues. Meanwhile, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, states that direct negotiations cannot take place until moscow withdraws its troops from Ukrainian territory.

Can peace be achieved? Likely, the meetings will focus more on negotiation stages, rather than specific steps towards peace, as Ukraine and russia continue to put forward conditions unacceptable to the other side.
