The government has allocated 3.3 billion UAH for the restoration of areas affected by the aggression of the russian federation

This refers to the settlements of Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv oblasts

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated on a non-repayable basis 3.3 billion UAH from the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression for the implementation of an experimental project for the restoration of settlements affected by the russian armed aggression.

This is stated on the government website.

According to the document, the government has allocated funds to the following settlements: the urban-type settlement of Borodianka (Kyiv Oblast), the town of Trostianets (Sumy Oblast), the village of Tsyrkuny (Kharkiv Oblast), the village of Posad-Pokrovske (Kherson Oblast), the village of Yahidne (Chernihiv Oblast).
