Starting January 1, 2024, Russia will ban the movement of vehicles with Ukrainian license plates in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This is due to forced passportization.
Source. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
"The enemy continues the policy of forced passportization of the region, because to change the number, you must have a Russian passport. The movement to the TOT is possible only with a pass from the occupation administration," the statement said.
As noted in the CNS, all passes are actually valid until the end of the year and from January 1, they will also be issued only with a Russian passport.
As previously reported by the Civil Defense Center, the occupation administration has failed the heating season for the second year in a row, and most of the housing stock in the occupied cities has no heat. At the same time, the occupiers themselves move into the most comfortable houses.
"To do this, local utilities provide lists of apartments where the owners have not been home for a long time, but the apartments themselves are connected to heating networks. It is in such apartments that the enemy personnel are settled," the Center for National Resistance noted.
The Center for National Resistance also reported that Russia is trying to bribe citizens of retirement age with "social assistance" in the amount of 10 thousand rubles (4 thousand hryvnias). In order to receive it, one must obtain a Russian passport.
"Russians have not been paying 'social benefits' for childcare for two or three months. "All these measures create conditions to subdue the population and make it completely dependent on the occupation administrations and handouts from the Kremlin," the statement said.
The National Resistance Center informs that every movement of the occupiers is recorded and calls on citizens in the TOT to report any actions of the Russian occupation administrations.
