France has donated a pilot vessel to the Ukrainian port of Reni on the Danube.
The Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov wrote about this on his social media account.
According to him, the vessel has already arrived at the port.
"There are currently 8 pilot vessels operating on the Ukrainian section of the Danube. However, the volume of cargo traffic in the ports of the cluster is constantly growing. The new vessel will help increase fleet turnover and minimize berth and vessel downtime," he said in a Twitter post.
"We are deeply grateful to our French partners for supporting our Danube shipping," the minister emphasized.
