D.GROUP Invests in Romania: Construction of BUCHAREST AIRPORT HOTEL Under the Wyndham Garden Brand Begins
The hotel offers investors an innovative model
On May 30, international investment and development holding D.GROUP, rooted in Ukraine, signed an investment agreement with partners from Benish Group and global hotel operator Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The signing ceremony took place during the official groundbreaking of the WYNDHAM GARDEN BUCHAREST AIRPORT HOTEL – a new strategic property for D.GROUP on the Romanian market.
The complex is being built in immediate proximity to Henri Coandă International Airport, enabling it to compete for leadership in the high-demand segments of transit and business tourism. The hotel is designed to offer not only a comfortable experience for travelers, but also an effective investment instrument.
The property will be operated by a Wyndham franchisee – one of the global leaders in the hospitality industry. D.GROUP and Benish Group are acting as investors and developers, offering new approaches to investing in commercial real estate.

The BUCHAREST AIRPORT HOTEL project aligns with D.GROUP’s strategic vision of expanding in Europe with an investment model tailored to private investors and focused on stable, managed returns. Sales of hotel units launched in parallel with the construction. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2027.

The hotel offers investors an innovative model: they can acquire individual rooms or room shares and receive passive income of up to 15% annually. Investors also receive the benefit of up to 14 nights of complimentary stay per year.
