Iran may provide russia with UAVs for use against Ukraine, according to US intelligence

By bombing Ukraine, the occupiers “are running out of their own armaments”

What happened? The United States has intelligence indicating Iran may soon supply russia with unmanned aerial vehicles to use in its war against Ukraine.

Source. This was stated by US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, AP reports.

Details. The White House does not yet have information on whether Iran has already supplied to russia hundreds of UAVs. However, there are reports that the Iranian military is going to teach the russian soldiers how to use drones this July.

“Our information indicates that the Iranian government is preparing to provide russia with up to several hundred UAVs, including weapons-capable UAVs on an expedited timeline,” Sullivan told.

All this proves that by bombing Ukraine, the invaders are running out of their own weapons.

Sullivan noted that Iran supplied similar drones to Yemen's Houthis to attack Saudi Arabia before a ceasefire agreement was reached earlier this year.

Previously. US President Joe Biden was planning a trip to the Middle East in the foreseeable future. He announced a visit to Saudi Arabia, which, in particular, he connected with the situation in Ukraine.
