Details. A large column of smoke can be observed in the right wing of the Kherson Court of Appeal, which is located behind the administration. The Ukrainian authorities have no information about the casualties so far.
According to the MP from the European Solidarity party Oleksiy Honcharenko, the local “gauleiter” Kirill Stremousov claims that his office was hit. The occupier believes that there were 5 HIMARS missile strikes.
The Centre for Strategic Communications (StratCom) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine adds that the explosion occurred during a meeting of heads of municipal districts of the occupation authorities.
