Almost 30% of Ukrainian business leaders believe that the impact of political instability on the labour market will decline in the next two to four years.
This is stated in a report by Deloitte.
According to the company's survey, political instability and migration are currently having the strongest impact on the labour market. This was agreed by 80% and 72% of respondents, respectively. However, respondents noted that the impact of these indicators would decrease over the next two to four years.
At the same time, 32% of Ukrainian leaders emphasised the impact of economic inequality on the labour market. 27% of respondents, however, said it would decrease in the coming years.
Instead, according to the respondents, the impact of education, government interventions, cybersecurity, and the ageing and shrinking workforce will increase.
