Power engineers of Mykolaiv Oblast, under the coordination of the Ministry of Energy, received 680 tonnes of equipment and materials for repair works from international partners.
The press service of the Ministry of Energy reports this, citing Herman Halushchenko, Head of the department.
According to the report, another EUR 4 million from the Ukraine Energy Support Fund will be allocated in the near term to purchase energy equipment and materials for the needs of Mykolaiv Oblast.
"The enemy has been targeting the frontline Mykolaiv region, trying to leave thousands of people without electricity and heat. But our power engineers, thanks to their heroism, professionalism and support from international partners, quickly restore the damaged infrastructure," Mr. Halushchenko said, as quoted in the Energy Ministry's statement.
