As of 6 May, as a result of damage to the grid infrastructure due to russian attacks, some consumers in seven regions of Ukraine remain without electricity.
This information has been reported by the Ministry of Energy on its Telegram channel.
"The occupiers do not stop destroying Ukraine's energy infrastructure. In particular, due to the overnight air strike on Sumy Oblast, damage to distribution networks has been recorded. Consequently, over 1,500 consumers were left without power. In addition, due to enemy strikes and damage to the grid infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, about 4,500 subscribers remain without power," the message states.
Specifically, some consumers in Kharkiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, and Chernihiv oblasts are still without power. Restoration work on the power supply in these regions is being carried out in areas where the security situation permits.
It is noted that the energy system is operating stably, without restrictions for consumers.
