According to the LB.ua outlet, this refers to Vladyslav Trubitsyn. He allegedly, together with other defendants in the case, arranged a scheme for receiving bribes for entrepreneurs' victory in tenders for the establishment of trading points in various areas of Kyiv.
The deputy of the Kyiv City Council is announced wanted internationally.
This was reported by the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
It is noted that the High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the SAP's request to declare the deputy wanted. The court considered the defendant's systematic non-appearances at court hearings and the presence of confirmed information about the crossing of the border by the said person, and satisfied the request in full.
The SAP reminded that the defendant was accused of receiving 1.39 million UAH in bribes. Soon, the court will also consider the request to seize the bail of almost 10 million UAH as state income and to choose a preventive measure for the deputy in the form of detention.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the deputy of the Kyiv City Council is suspected of not declaring 63 million UAH. The document, in particular, does not contain information about income from the sale of securities for 55.6 million UAH.
