The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has arrested a local resident of Kramatorsk who, on 27 June, directed a strike on a cafe, causing at least 10 deaths.
The SBU reports that the spotter turned out to be a "re-activated" agent of the russian federation's General Staff and an employee of the local gas transportation company. On 27 June, he was tasked with determining whether the cafe was open and to record the presence of patrons there.
The man filmed the cafe and its adjacent park and sent the footage to russian military intelligence, after which the occupiers carried out the strike. Law enforcement officers are currently taking steps to determine all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrator to justice.
