On June 28, an investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a pre-trial restraint on Mykhailo Holovko, chairman of the Ternopil Oblast Military Administration, in the form of detention for 60 days, i.e. until August 26, 2023.
The sentence was passed with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 805 thousand.

"To impose on the suspect Mykhailo Holovko a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days with the possibility of bail," said Judge Oleh Tkachenko.
The term of detention for Holovko is set until August 26 inclusive, the bail amount is UAH 805,200.
Earlier, the HACCU arrested Ihor Demianchuk, the first deputy head of the Ternopil Oblast Military Administration, for 2 months with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 805,000.

Background. On June 26, the NABU and the SAPO exposed the head of the Ternopil Regional Council, Mykhailo Holovko, and his two deputies. They were reportedly accused of receiving an undue benefit from a businessman in the amount of UAH 1.8 million – they demanded the money for signing a certificate of completion.
