The Ukrainian startup, Mate academy, has launched a product for e-commerce

Cusbo already has active clients in Ukraine and Georgia

Cusbo is a multichannel business messenger that combines all communication channels in one interface. The product is a ready-made solution for businesses that helps support and sales services of companies speed up and simplify their interactions with their clients, thereby improving the quality of communication between the company and the customer. The company announced this in its press release.

"Companies that apply multichannel communication strategies achieve higher customer retention rates compared to those who don’t. The general trend in the market is the use of not only live chats on the site, but also communication with customers in messengers. Cusbo solves this problem by helping businesses simplify operator work and build a dialogue with the customer in the most convenient way," notes Dmytro Khomenko, CEO of Cusbo.tech.

Initially, Cusbo was conceived as a product to solve Mate academy's task of setting up a communication system with a large number of students in different messengers from different countries. When the result fully met the requirements, it was decided to make it public as a separate full-fledged product for external customers.

"Existing solutions on the market did not meet the requirements or were not integrated with the CRM system, which complicated the work of our operators and mentors with students. In a year and a half, Cusbo has gone from an idea, which was implemented with internal resources, to a separate product with its own team," adds Roman Apostol, CEO of Mate academy Startup Studio.

Cusbo already has active clients in Ukraine and Georgia in the segments of fashion retail, educational services, food delivery and more. Currently, the product is in the stage of sales scaling.
