SkyUp Airlines has received permission to fly in the United States, espreso.tv reports.
The company has received permission to operate as an air carrier in the United States (DOT approval), a security compliance certificate (TSA), and a Part 129 operating specification (FAA).

SkyUp Airlines has received a FAR129 foreign air carrier certificate, and four Boeing 737-800 aircraft can fly to the United States: UR-SQB, UR-SQC, UR-SQF, and UR-SQP.
Background. Earlier it was reported that SkyUp resumed flights to Europe on wet lease terms. Currently, five aircraft operate under such conditions.
