Dylan Earle, a British citizen, has been charged with organising arson attacks on Ukrainian-linked businesses in London on behalf of the Wagner PMC.
Investigators believe that the 20-year-old Briton was in contact with a PMC supervisor and then conducted reconnaissance of targets "in connection with activities aimed at benefiting Russia".
