‘Poland has considered Ukraine's request to train soldiers by Polish instructors, but we have concluded that it will be safer and more effective to train a Ukrainian unit from Ukrainians in Poland who are subject to conscription into the Ukrainian army. Radoslaw Sikorski, who was in Prague for a meeting of NATO foreign ministers, was answering journalists' questions about sending instructors to Ukraine.
