Pravex Bank is a Ukrainian commercial bank that, according to the results of 2020, ranks #24 among Ukrainian banks in terms of assets. As of January 1, 2021, the bank's assets amounted to 7.66 billion UAH, which is 32.7% higher than the previous year.

In 2019, the National Bank fined Pravex UAH 200,000 for failure to carry out proper high risk-oriented analysis of financial transactions. The National Bank also issued a warning letter to Pravex for improperly updating internal documents on financial monitoring and for not checking whether clients belong to public figures.

In 2020, Pravex joined the BankID system of the NBU. In March 2021, the European Investment Bank and Pravex Bank signed a loan agreement for EUR 30 million. The goal is to expand access to financing for small and medium enterprises and companies with a medium level of capitalisation in Ukraine.
