Ukrainian defenders destroyed 8 tanks, 16 artillery systems and 5 armoured fighting vehicles over the day

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have already eliminated 159,800 russian servicemen, 710 of whom were killed over the previous day.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Total russian losses since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine are as follows:

• tanks – 3,474 (+8);
• armoured fighting vehicles – 6,774 (+5);
• artillery systems – 2,503 (+16);
• MLRSs – 493;
• air defence systems – 259;
• aircraft – 304;
• rotorcraft – 289;
• UAVs of operational and tactical level – 2,109 (+1);
• cruise missiles – 907;
• warships/boats – 18;
• motor vehicles and tankers – 5,354 (+6);
• special equipment – 251 (+9).

Previously. Mind reported that the border guards had repelled an attack on a checkpoint near Bakhmut. The defenders managed to eliminate 21 occupiers: 9 were killed and 12 – injured.
