Defenders managed to eliminate 21 occupiers: 9 were killed and 12 more – injured
Ukrainian border guards repelled an attack on a checkpoint near Bakhmut.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports this.
It is noted that enemy infantry, supported by artillery, stormed the border guard's stronghold. The soldiers stopped the invaders with small arms and grenade launchers.
In total, the border guards repelled attacks on 2 strongholds in Donetsk Oblast. Aerial reconnaissance revealed the training of enemy infantry units. 9 occupiers were killed and 12 more – injured in combat clashes.
