Last month, the Ukrainian car market was replenished by 15,300 imported used passenger cars. This is almost 8% more than in March.

The largest share in this segment of the car market belongs to petrol cars – 45%. Following are: diesel cars – 36%, electric vehicles – 11%; cars with LPG – 5%, hybrids – 3%.
The most popular car remains the Renault Megane. In April, 1,273 cars of this model switched to Ukrainian plates. The top five leaders included: Volkswagen Golf – 1,180 poeces, Skoda Octavia – 794 pieces, Volkswagen Passat – 694 pieces, and Ford Focus.
In addition, in the top 10 of the month were: Nissan Leaf – 366 pieces, Nissan Qashqai – 337 pieces, VW Touran – 320 pieces, Skoda Fabia – 277 pieces, Audi A4 – 270 pieces.
In total, since the beginning of the year, 54,500 used passenger cars imported from abroad have received their first registration in Ukraine, which is 3.3 times more than the sale of new cars over the same period, UkrAvtoprom notes.
