Roksolana Pyrtko is the CEO of Lviv’s shopping and entertainment centers “Roksolana” and “Spartak,” an attorney, and a specialist in commercial real estate analytics and development. She has over a decade of experience managing large commercial properties and working with international brands.
She received her primary and secondary education at Lviv School No. 93 (now the Youth Sports School “Sykhiv” named after Yurii Ruf). During this period, her interest in learning, discipline, and active engagement in extracurricular activities took shape — qualities that later defined her professional direction.
After graduating from school, she chose a legal career path. In 2008–2014, she studied at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, earning a master’s degree in corporate law and securities markets. She also obtained a qualification as a translator of legal English, which provided an advantage in working with international documentation and foreign partners.
Her worldview and leadership skills were significantly shaped by her six years in the Ukrainian scouting organization “Plast.” Camps, volunteer initiatives, event organization, and internal training programs helped her develop responsibility, teamwork skills, self-discipline, and project-based thinking — all of which later influenced her managerial style.

Under her leadership, the network expanded from one club to five locations.
Her work combines strategic planning with close attention to operational processes: finance, lease policy, marketing, investor relations, and the implementation of digital solutions to improve service quality.
Under her leadership, both centers remain among the most stable and most visited commercial locations in the Lviv region, despite dynamic market changes and high competition.
Responsibilities:
In 2020, Roksolana Pyrtko obtained her attorney’s license. She actively applies her legal knowledge in corporate management, contract work, business legal support, and resolving legal matters within commercial structures.
