The SBU thwarted russian special services' attempts to infiltrate into Ukrainian military networks
Criminals tried to break into the Ukrainian Armed Forces' electronic operations planning system and organise intelligence gathering

Cyber experts from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) exposed and blocked attempts by russian military intelligence to gain access to the Ukrainian Armed Forces' combat data exchange system and organise the collection of intelligence data, according to the SBU press centre.
According to the experts, the enemy planned to capture Ukrainian tablets on the battlefield to spread viruses within the system. The access available on these devices was planned to be used to infiltrate the system.
It is specified that the Security Service detected almost 10 enemy spy programs designed to obtain information from the system.
According to Illia Vitiuk, Head of the SBU Cyber Security Department, the cyberattacks are being carried out by the hacker group Sandworm, which is controlled by russian military intelligence.
