The bombing of Babyn Yar
Russian troops proved their inhuman nature by bombing the territory of Babyn Yar memorial park
On March 1st, as a part of the Russian war against Ukraine, approximately at 17:10, a rocket, aimed at the TV tower in Kyiv, struck the territory of Babyn Yar memorial park, where the mass graves of the victims of Nazism are. In Babyn Yar there were buried 100 thousand Kievans, the overwhelming majority of whom were Jewish.
At the hands of Putin, there are deaths of 5 casualties, who were walking along the pavement past the tower. 5 more people were injured.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized on his Twitter page that the actions of the Russian-Belarus aggressor are similar to those of German troops during World War II.
“What’s the point of saying “Never again!” over and over again for 80 years, if the world doesn’t say a word when a bomb is dropped on Babi Yar? Another five souls have been lost. History is cyclical” – stated Volodymyr Zelenskyy
