Zelensky: “Weapons for Ukraine are a salvation not only for us. This is a salvation for the whole of Europe.”
He emphasized that the russian leadership was trying to humiliate the UN by striking at Ukraine and Kyiv

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed to Ukrainians at the end of a tense and eventful 65th day of russian aggression against Ukraine.
The main theses of the President:
• The United States has prepared a new package of support for Ukraine worth $33 billion. In particular, if it is adopted, more than $20 billion will go to defense, $8 billion – to economic support, another $3 billion – to humanitarian aid.
• “The first ten russian servicemen from the 64th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the russian land forces, who killed and tortured our people in Bucha, received the status of suspects. Their surnames are already known. This russian brigade has been transferred to the Kharkiv region, so some of them may not live to face a fair trial,” the president hinted.
• Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov has arrived in Kyiv. Among the important agreements is the repair of our military equipment in Bulgaria as well as the supply of Ukrainian electricity to Bulgaria and the use of the Trans-Balkan gas pipeline together with the Bulgarian side. Bulgaria will allow the use of the port of Varna for the export of agricultural products from Ukraine.
• UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres visited Borodianka and saw with his own eyes what the russian occupiers had done there. One of the key questions was how to stop russian aggression.
Speaking about how to save our people from Mariupol, Zelensky stressed that russia should be ready to fulfill the agreement on the humanitarian corridor. But the 5 missiles dropped on Kyiv today tell exclusively of russia's cynicism and disrespect for international institutions.
