The Supreme Council of Ukraine fixes the salaries of medical workers and pharmacists at the level of the Law
The act is developed to improve the efficiency of the National Health Service of Ukraine and the quality of medical care
It is informed that the Verkhovna Rada fixed the salaries of medical workers and pharmacists at the level of the Law, and also improved the issue of providing medical assistance (Law No. 6306).

Details. According to the Committee on the Health of the Nation, Medical Care and Medical Insurance, the act was developed with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the National Health Service of Ukraine and the quality of medical care.
In particular, the document contains several innovations:
• the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is allowed to establish the minimum salary level for medical workers in order to preserve the personnel potential;
• the model of hospital districts and their division into clusters is regulated;
• the function of monitoring services, in accordance with the terms of the contract, is provided by the National Health Service of Ukraine.
Background. Earlier, the Council approved the ratification of the Agreement with the Republic of Tunisia on cooperation in customs matters.
