Details. In September, schools on the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast are to begin the academic year according to russian programmes. In this regard, parents are required to write applications for their children to study in these schools.
Fines in the amount of 148,000 rubles (equivalent to more than UAH 90,000) may be introduced for refusal. Parents are also threatened with eviction from their homes and confiscation of property.
