Details. “We should be patient in anticipation of the large-scale de-occupation of Luhansk Oblast. This process will be much more difficult than in Kharkiv Oblast. There will be fierce battles for every centimetre of Luhansk land. The enemy is preparing for defence, so we will not be able to take him by surprise. People are waiting for us. We are getting ready,” Mr. Hayday emphasised.
According to him, the Ukrainian authorities will immediately start working in the de-occupied communities. The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration urged residents of the oblast to follow the official information.
