What happened? The police removed the bodies of 34 Ukrainian defenders from the mass grave. More than 120 civilians are still being exhumed. The circumstances of each person's death are established.

Details. It is noted that the police concentrated their efforts on the exhumation of civilians from the grave located next to the grave of the soldiers.
“In total, since September 29, police have found the bodies of 144 people who died during the occupation in the liberated settlements. Of these, 108 bodies were exhumed from makeshift graves, and the rest were found in buildings or on the streets.”
It is noted that 85 of the dead are civilians, some of them have signs of violent death, including shrapnel injuries.
The police are carefully investigating the circumstances of each person's death. To date, 44 DNA samples have been selected for molecular genetic examination. So far, the police have discovered 35 burial sites in the de-occupied territory.
