Details. “There was a burst and a fire in the building of the local administration in temporarily occupied Donetsk. This is what “smoking near gas cylinders” leads to. Locals say there was another burst, but smaller in size,” the report says.
According to the occupiers, it struck the “administration” building in the Voroshylov district, where the DPR Gauleiters appointed by russia are sitting. The occupying “authority” does not report any casualties.
