russia has said that it will resume participation in the Black Sea Grain Initiative, which provides safe passage for ships carrying vital food from Ukraine. The russian federation stated that it had received guarantees from Ukraine that it would not use the humanitarian sea corridor for military purposes.

Details. The russian Ministry of Defence said on Telegram that it considers that “the guarantees received at the moment seem sufficient and resumes the implementation of the agreement.”
moscow suspended its participation in the deal on Saturday due to the drone attacks on russian Navy in the city of Sevastopol. moscow accused Kyiv of “terrorist attacks”.
On Tuesday, however, russian ministry of Defence spokesman Igor Konashenkov stated that “thanks to the participation of an international organisation, as well as the assistance of Turkey, it became possible to obtain the necessary written guarantees from Ukraine that it would not use the humanitarian corridor or ports intended for the export of agricultural products for military operations against russia.”
