Ukrainian authorities have begun voluntary evacuation from the newly liberated territories
The state assumes the costs

Ukrainian authorities have begun evacuating residents from the recently liberated Kherson Oblast and other settlements in the south of the country.
Source. Iryna Vereshchuk, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, Ukrinform reports.
Details. “Voluntary evacuation from the liberated territories in the south of Ukraine has already begun, and the state is paying all costs and taking all responsibility associated with this process. This means that everyone can leave for safer regions and the state will provide for their transportation, accommodation, medical care,” Ms. Vereshchuk said at a briefing in Mykolaiv.
According to Ms. Vereshchuk, many residents with whom she spoke in Kherson had expressed a desire to leave. In particular, this refers to vulnerable categories of citizens who cannot provide for themselves.
She stressed that the Ukrainian authorities had funds for this, and most importantly – experience, since such evacuations had already been carried out in Kharkiv, Donetsk oblasts, etc.
“Our task is to reach everyone and offer them a chance to leave through Mykolaiv or Kryvyi Rih and go to the western oblasts of Ukraine,” Ms. Vereshchuk emphasised.
It is reported that russia is shelling the liberated Kherson. According to unconfirmed reports, a shipyard on the Karantynnyi Island was hit today. The shelling of Kherson is confirmed by the Ukrainian General Staff. Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko wrote that russian troops had shelled a bread queue in the village of Bilozerka, Kherson Oblast, injuring five people.
Iryna Vereshchuk added that the residents of the de-occupied territories of the south who wanted to return home would be able to return after the permission from the State Emergency Service, which is currently conducting demining. She noted that there were cases when civilians had struck mines.
