What happened? Emergency power outages were applied to half of the housing stock of Kyiv.

Details. The administration adds that water supply was restored for all Kyiv residents. However, on the upper floors of the de-energised high-rise buildings, there is a low water pressure. Stabilisation is expected in the near future.
Heat supply is currently being restored in the capital – crews are working in an enhanced mode. Mobile communication is not available in some areas of the city due to the lack of power supply. It will be fully restored after the stabilisation of the power system.
Previously. DTEK resumed the operation of power plants and power grids after the unprecedented attack. Since then, the gradual connection of household consumers has continued.
