Details. Emergency blackouts are applied in the oblast due to the missile attack that took place last week. Experts also record breaks of power lines and emergency shutdowns due to bad weather conditions.
Mr. Kuleba stresses that power engineers are working on restoring the electricity network and going to return the scheduled outages soon. At the same time, there are currently 278 points of invincibility in the region, where people can charge devices and keep warm. The number of such points is planned to be increased.
Previously. The electricity deficit in Ukraine was 20%. Critical infrastructure consumed only 10%, the rest of the electricity was used by consumers.
