Details. As of 11 a.m., electricity producers provide 70% of consumption in the country. The destabilisation of the power system was in particular affected by the deterioration of weather conditions.
“We remind you again that the efficient use of electricity will allow us to apply less restrictions aimed at preventing accidents, and will also make it possible for power engineers to focus on repairs of damaged facilities, which are becoming more complicated with each subsequent missile attack,” the NPC explains.
