Three more Ukrainian embassies received letters with threats – Kuleba
This time the incidents were not related to explosives

What happened? Another foreign embassy of Ukraine received a letter with threats.
Source. Dmytro Kuleba, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
Details. The politician notes that the new incident occurred today, December 1. According to him, the letter contained “very clear threats”, but this time it did not contain any explosives. The minister does not say which country the diplomatic establishment is located in.
Mr. Kuleba stresses that there is a precise reason to assert a targeted large-scale campaign against Ukraine. However, now it is necessary to “to puzzle it out” and identify the persons involved in the incident.
“This is definitely a new form of terror. We are working hard together with the Spanish authorities to establish who is behind this. We certainly have a guess but we need to trace the entire network of agents and people involved in this campaign,” explains the Minister.
UPDATED:
Mr. Kuleba added during the national TV marathon that three Ukrainian diplomatic establishments abroad, in addition to the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid, had received letters with threats.
“I draw one conclusion: if they have already started attacking embassies with bombs, satanic or voodoo symbols and threats, it means they are afraid of us and are trying to stop us. But nothing will stop us,” the minister commented.
According to him, the incidents are not related to explosives, but now the letters contained another substance, the name of which he didn't specify.
“I will not comment yet, we will soon come out with an official position on this issue. Let's just say that inside these envelopes there is a symbolic threat to Ukraine. I can only say that all envelopes at the time of their receipt were soaked in red liquid,” Mr. Kuleba explained.
Background. Earlier, an explosion occurred at the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid. One of the employees was injured and hospitalised.
