Details. Due to the lack of power supply in most oblasts of Ukraine, there is still a difficult situation with the functioning of mobile networks of all operators.

“Every day, almost 800 stationary and mobile generators are working in the network for some time. We are purchasing new generators, connecting to the power supply networks of partners and forming new teams of engineers,” said Mr. Komarov.

In total, during this month an average of 10-20% of the Kyivstar network did not work due to rolling blackouts.

“The previous massive attack on infrastructure facilities on November 15 de-energised 35% of all our sites and 28% of them were out of operation,” said Mr. Komarov.

According to him, the main problems of Kherson Oblast are the lack of electricity and mining of all network facilities, which makes it impossible to quickly restore communications.
