Details. Due to the shelling of a residential district of the city, a woman died, four civilians received injuries of varying degrees.
“Several apartments in one of the high-rise buildings caught fire after a direct hit. According to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out from multiple rocket launchers and artillery,” the report says.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder, has been initiated.
To ensure proper investigation of war crimes, prosecutors together with police investigators are conducting the necessary investigative actions.
